FOSTERING COLLABORATION THROUGH PRACTICAL INVESTIGATIONS

At the Applied Linguistics, Language, and Literacy (ALLL) lab, we investigate incidental and intentional language and literacy acquisition by learners at all levels of education. Using a number of different techniques, we approach multiple language learning “puzzles” from a variety of applied linguistics perspectives. The ALLL lab is affiliated with the Faculty of Education, University of Macau. We welcome visitors to the ALLL lab page maintained on ResearchGate.

Dr. Reynolds welcomes emails from all Faculty of Education Master students that wish to know more about the possibility of completing thesis research under his supervision. Dr. Reynolds is willing to supervise theses in a wide range of areas related to the teaching and learning of vocabulary.

Potential PhD students are encouraged to first visit the Faculty of Education’s webpage for information about the PhD programme in Education and then the Graduate School’s webpage for information on admission. Dr. Reynolds welcomes inquiries from all potential PhD students with an interest in English Language Teacher Education, Language and Literacy Development, and Educational Technology that incorporates eye-tracking methodologies.
